I nearly forgot

On friday i had another relapse? Is that i can call it?? The prob that i haf when i cant breathe. The pe teacher is very kind and asked to meet me and talk abt my prob. She said maybe is my running posture. Cuze if i slouch then maybe air cant enter my lungs. It's been awhile since this prob occurred, i didnt even realise that....cuze last yr o lvl yr didnt haf much exercise...pe was dancing...-.- yeah so the last time shuld haf been in sec3. I juz spent quite awhile trying to recall one relapse but i cant seem to rmb....
